You have to take the guy you met in the sewers -- not Ragman -- check if he is in your inventory. If not, go back to where he is -- he's in one of the lower levels to turn the sewers. Then bring the sewer guy to Sturn -- he should reward you.
You can't enter the hidden door -- until you enter the cemetery, which you can't do until you make the statue come to live ...

: It's like an endless loop. Perhaps I'm not doing something correctly with the ragman. How do I bring it to the Captain? I've went to the spot where I faught him but nothing happens. And I still can't open the secret door to the brotherhood.
