Stuck on the sewers plz help

i have been going through the sewers for a long time now and i cant find the final floodgates.By the way how many floodgates are they? A guy in the game told me that a dog caused the plague by closing the floodgates, is the dog hard to beat?

if you do have a sewer map, can i please have it.
