I'm having problems with the sewers. I get in, I found the stairs south of the original entrance and opened the floodgates. I came down to the first level and now I can't find the other stairs to other section of the floodgates? Do Ineed special equipment to cross the water? Is there a secret door I just can't find yet? Help!
